The St. Charles History Museum is a 501(c) 3 and all memberships are tax deductible.  

 Architect R. Harold Zook, and in Association with D. Coder Taylor, were hired to design the new Municipal Building. During the planning process, Mayor Langum suggested adding a designated room to hold historical artifacts and that would also serve as a museum, c. 1940.
