Responsible for enacting board decisions. Supports leadership in everyday Museum Operations. Meets the Thursday before the Board Meeting at 8:30 a.m.

membership/development committee

Increase membership, develop additional support for the museum. Host VIP events. Manage membership benefits.

Meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 9 AM.

Fundraising/events

Manage fundraising efforts, manage Museum events related to fundraising. Increase revenues through interesting and innovative events and programs.
